To clarify Titus' guess. He just said 23. Then we had him pick a number between 1 and 10. He wasn't really understanding that so we added the numbers on his t-shirt.
I suppose he could have been meaning military time when he said 23. So Titus' guess is 11:00 pm. Sorry Sarah, hope he is wrong for your sake.
