Update 2

We are being induced for labor today. Sara is currently hooked up to an IV drip with Pitocin. The contractions are just beginning.
But she still looks cute (and perhaps a little nervous):

Hang tough!! Are you still smiling now?? I remember not having much time for small talk or cute smiles once those babies started coming on strong...
