Camera Gear

I had a request as to what types of camera gear we use. It is anything from a Canon EOS 30D (many different lenses) to a cell phone. Here is a picture of some of our gear (I actually sold this camera for the 30D):

I have a Canon Powershot Pro1, but don't know how to get the nice soft look like you get on your photos. I supposed it is your beautiful lenses!

Any tips???
