This week I'm attending a conference in Madison, Wisconsin, and I'm having a great time. I even had the evening free to attempt some pool at the local brew pub: The Great Dane. Here are a few pics capturing a couple of my co-workers and me in our finest pool shark forms. Ultimately we concluded that we should keep our day jobs!

Things you see on a walk
I haven't seen one of these before:
Yup, that is an albino squirrel. We watched the little guy for a while.
Lunch with a view
Rather than doing any work around the house today we decided that we would go out for a quick lunch with a nice view. I had Fish 'N Chips and Sara had a Catfish Po'Boy. Then off for a little walk outside. Good stuff.
Great Big Sea
Last weekend we went to another Great Big Sea concert. They are a great band from Newfoundland. Daniel and Meghan and Erik and Angel came with us. We went out for some great food before the concert. The band was great and it was St. Paddy's day, so they were particularly enthusiastic. Fun stuff. If you ever get a chance to see GBS live, by all means go.

Still Practicin'
Sara's folks came to visit two weekends ago (we have been a little slow with the updates recently). We had a great time hanging out, discussing how to remodel our house and looking at some fancy houses on the Parade of Homes tour. Plus, they helped her practice the violin:

Bowling
We went bowling on Sunday afternoon with some friends from church. We bowled three games, and Sara improved each game. This was game three.
Yes the score says 158.
Yes Sara had the only turkey of the day.
Yes, John bowled 84.
Yes, I only had my cell phone with me so this was the best picture I could get.

Things you see on the way home from work
I have seen this person at least three times at this intersection this winter. Luckily one day I had my camera and yep, that is a unicycle.
